We pre-authorize, or place a hold, on your credit card when you check out online. The final charge to the card will not happen until all of your items have been collected from inventory and are ready to ship. While Scrapbook Tree strives to ensure all items are in stock, occasionally items may become unavailable. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, the item will be removed from your order and your card will only be charged for those items that are able to be fulfilled.
Cancellation/Refund Policy There are no refunds provided for any classes or workshops, but with at least 48 hours notice, at your request we will attempt to transfer you into the same class at a later date as long as space is available. Classes and workshops may be cancelled by us due to weather or other extenuating circumstances. In the case of a class that is cancelled by Scrapbook Tree, we will make every effort to reschedule the class or transfer you to another class at a future date. If such a date cannot be pre-determined, a refund will be issued in the form of a gift card. Scrapbook Tree does not do returns or exchanges on any items purchased either in-store or on-line with the exception of manufacturer defects.
