Shipping and Billing
We pre-authorize, or place a hold, on your credit card when you check out online. The final charge to the card will not happen until all of your items have been collected from inventory and are ready to ship. While Scrapbook Tree strives to ensure all items are in stock, occasionally items may become unavailable. As a small business, we also want to ensure that shipping is fairly charged. Therefore the final charge may vary from the estimated amount due to variable weighted items or out-of-stock items.
There are no refunds provided for any classes or workshops, but with at least 48 hours notice, at your request we will attempt to transfer you into the same class at a later date as long as space is available. Classes and workshops may be cancelled by us due to weather or other extenuating circumstances. In the case of a class that is cancelled by Scrapbook Tree, we will make every effort to reschedule the class or transfer you to another class at a future date.
Scrapbook Tree does not do returns or exchanges on any items purchased either in-store or on-line.
